ZULU ACNE TREATMENT

HOW DOES IPL WORK?
The IPL energy is absorbed by the sebaceous glands,

| WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT AFTER TREATMENT? |
- You can expect a mild sunburn-like sensation,
possible accompanied by some minor swelling. It lasts no
more than 24 hours. ZULU recommends
the application of Environ moisture gel or ice packs should
discomfort occur.
- There may be an initial flare-up of acne,
which will fade after 2-3 weeks. This is not a side-effect,
but an indication of effective treatment.
- A reduction in the number of lesions and
the prevention of new lesion formation can be expected following
your treatment course
- Effective acne treatment will require a minimum
of 8 treatments 2 weeks apart OR if used with levulan, a
minimum of 3 treatments 1 month apart.
